Joy has been making hemp jewelry for years and is always updating her style to be new and different. Did you ever think hemp jewelry could be cute and fashionable? Even though she does a wide variety of different styles, she has a ton of cute and adorable pieces perfect for our very first post.
Another reason why she makes the perfect first entry is her quest to help a dog shelter find good homes for the pets in their care. The shelter is called Pet Tender Angels and is a no kill shelter for dogs in Upstate South Carolina. She raises money by selling jewelry like the Westie necklace we’ve featured. Joy does beautiful work. She is very adept at working with hemp and makes up a lot of her own stitches – very complicated patterns with various colors and designs. She has made several of my polymer clay pendants into necklaces and always chooses just the right color of hemp and beads to match and accent perfectly. I have kept a couple of her necklaces for myself and always get compliments when I wear them.
Joy’s does beautiful work! I have many pieces myself and would recommend them to anyone! They make perfect accents to wear everyday or to give as gifts!
